CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
THE BRIEF
The client wanted to raise awareness and drive attendance for Glow Wild 2025, the popular winter lantern trail at Wakehurst. The focus was on reaching local families and leisure audiences across Sussex, encouraging early ticket purchases and seasonal event planning.
THE CAMPAIGN
For Glow Wild 2025, we delivered a targeted multi-channel campaign designed to reach families across Sussex. This included distributing 18,000 flyers through our West Sussex, Mid Sussex, Sussex Tourism & Leisure, and Sussex Families network runs, focusing on key local catchment areas.
Alongside distribution, we also provided flyer printing, Solus email marketing to our South East audience, Spotlight inclusion in the weekly CC newsletter, and a boosted social media post to further drive awareness for the event at Wakehurst, part of Royal Botanic Gardens.
THE RESULT
Spotlight in CC Weekly newsletter – 30% open rate + 1.2% CTR
Solus Email to London & South West segment – 26% open rate + 1.6% CTR
Christmas Special newsletter – 27% open rate + 2.4% CTR
Schools Newsletter – 3,027 page views + 7.3% link clicks
Social media campaign (1 week) – 45,021 views + 582 clicks
Print – distributed to all relevant locations included in our Contemporary Arts runThe client was satisfied with the campaign’s overall performance. Attendance at the show exceeded expectations, and participating artists reported positive sales figures.
