Meet the people who make your campaigns possible.
We also work closely with our colleagues at London Calling, who are all part of our sometimes weird but always wonderful team.
Julia Moir Jones – CEO for Culture Calling and London Calling
Julia owns the business! As well as having a passion for arts and culture, Julia has particular interest in and knowledge of all things related to contemporary design and fashion. She also loves to dance, and has recently trained to teach Biodanza which combines movement music and meditation. And of course the biggest love of her life are her gorgeous teenage boys and her family.
Gary McNiffe – Sales and Operations Director, Culture Calling
Gary McNiffe, our glorious leader, has been there from the very beginning and some say he gave birth to Culture Calling in the back of a van! Although now over half a century old he still has a young, fresh approach to all things cultural and has some very eclectic interests & hobbies including fine wines and football...
Simon Trounce – Distribution Manager
Music, logistics and talking are just three of this man's many talents. Our resident soul-man loves a party, loves to distribute & display your print and loves to tell you how he did it!
Simon Brett – Sales and New Business Manager, London Calling and Culture Calling
Simon graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in Drama and Theatre Studies and manages the sales and new business for London Calling and Culture Calling. One of the longest standing members of the distribution team, James is a cultural arts aficionado and keen cyclist.
Steve Garrood – Display Coordinator

Paul Le Ray – Research and Development Officer
The early bird! Come the cold, dark mornings of December, or the warm, muggy starts in July, you will be sure to find Paul in his van and on his way at the crack of dawn. He is also a proud supporter of Southampton FC... although he tends not to draw too much attention to this when working around the PO postcode.
Steve Greenwood – Display Coordinator
Drum roll please...Steve comes in as the second longest standing member of the team and his home patch is Kent. Steve is a professional drummer - what Steve knows about Kent is on a par(adiddle) with his drum skills. He is also on our in-house design team!
Christopher Williams – Display Coordinator
Nicknamed Diff, he is organised and always on time, making sure all racks are serviced and all pick-ups are done. The poster boy of Oxford, he has many loves… his daughter, his son, but more importantly Oxford United! He also loves all things sporty on TV.
